We are an investment company created to invest in Central Europe in environmental,

service and technology oriented projects.

We play a crucial role throughout the value chain of enterprise creation, from the earliest stages

of intellectual property development to mid and later-stage. Since its inception, we have successfully

partnered with owners and management teams to achieve their goals by applying our deep industry

and operating expertise and acting as trusted partners.

We are an independent, private firm owned jointly by its partners. We are member of the European Trade

Association for Business Angels, Seed Funds, and other Early Stage Market Players (EBAN) and the Lewiatan

Business Angels.

We support the development of Polish and CEE citizens' financial intelligentsia with the non-profit

Inventity Foundation.
